Refund policy

To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +971 565229007 or email us at info@doppelgangerdxb.com and we will get back to you within 24hours.
Return/Exchange order can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
AED 25 flat rate will be applied for UAE Customers and rates may vary for International Customers

Return does NOT apply to Sale items. However you CAN exchange with another item of same value or more .

We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2-3 working days.
Your refund will reflect back automatically 7-14 working days through bank transfer or COD with delivery charges, after we have received the item back.
We recommend you to exchange the same item in a different size or we will issue you a full refund.
It is not currently possible to return an item in exchange for store credit.
Please remember, all items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, undamaged, or unmodified in any way.
